Service Description

Exclusive to Aquinas Collage students. Back for another year, Breakfast Club provides additional basketball training for Aquinas students through the winter to continue working on their skill development. For many of the boys’ basketball is their second sport and as such the growth of their basketball skills set and knowledge of the game has not always developed to what it may have if they had accessed more training and structured play. It is with this in mind that I am offering identified students a chance to attend a weekly training and playing session before school in Terms Two and Three. It is envisaged that the sessions offered over the course of Term Three will focus on introducing, developing, and refining specific basketball skills, prior to a game situation, which will see boys apply principles acquired in ‘real game’ situations.
