Service Description

Weekend Workouts are for player looking to work on their game on a Saturday morning. During the sessions players will be focused on developing their shooting technique from form to game ready. Developing a players confidence with the ball in hand and the ability to make accurate, fast decisions during the flow of the game. These Small group sessions are limited to 4 players in each session. This enables coach to provide the individualised feedback and drill progressions/regressions necessary for players to develop their games. One big advantage of Small Group Sessions over a 1on1 session is that we can get more competitive with our training, we can work on real game actions with defence to build the mental reads, ready to take the new skills onto the court.
